Rental Terms

All rentals require:

• A credit card allowing for a temporary hold of funds (credit card authorization) for the equipment cost listed.
• The credit card holder must be present at time of pickup and show a valid photo ID.

Please plan your weekend rental pick up accordingly. Arts Cameras Plus-Greenfield closes at 6 PM on Fridays and 4PM on Saturdays.

• Weekday rentals are per night starting any Monday-Thursday, with pickup beginning at 1 PM and due by 12 PM the following day, unless otherwise stated.
• Weekend rentals begin on Friday.  Please select date range Friday through Monday. Weekend rentals are available for pickup anytime Friday after 1 PM and are due before 12 PM on Monday.

A Damage Protection equal to 15% of the rental cost will be added to the cost.

• This Protection limits the renter's liability to 10% of the total cost to repair or replace the equipment.
• This Protection may be declined at pick up, however, should there be damage to the rental equipment, the renter would be responsible for 100% of the repair or replacement cost.
• Lost or stolen items: The renter is responsible for the full replacement cost.
