Buying Questions
We have a 14 day return policy and 60 day warranty on used equipment. You are welcome to return the used item for any reason during the first 14 days, including simply not liking it. We thoroughly check and clean all our used equipment, but occasionally, we'll miss something. For this reason, we highly encourage you to try your used equipment within the first 60 days.

Selling Frequently Asked Questions
We are interested in collectibles or current lenses and interchangeable lens cameras in clean and working condition.
We are not usually interested in tripods, bags, filters, studio lighting, light meters, projectors, or any equipment that is broken and in need of repair.
Item condition, functionality, shutter count, included accessories, and current market demand all affect value.
Original boxes typically do not increase value unless the item is collectible or high-end.
When you arrive at the store, let us know that you're interested in trading-in or selling equipment. Our used camera buyer will be with you as quickly as possible. It may take some time to determine the value of your gear.
You are welcome to trade-in your gear towards new gear at our store, or you can elect to have us pay you by check. Checks are mailed and typically arrive within 1-2 weeks.
