Brookfield, Wisconsin has the best of both worlds—urban style and rural charm. Have a wide-angle lens handy at community events or when exploring interesting architecture in local buildings. What Photography Enthusiasts in and Around Franklin Are Saying About Us:
“I’m a serious, above average, but not professional, photographer. Years ago I shed my bulky 35mm SLR in favor of smaller cameras that are easy to travel with whether hiking, biking, or kayaking. I’ve been using a Canon G Series for eight years. While it has been a great camera, it lacks a long zoom—something I now want for wildlife and grandkids. Because small cameras with long zooms have to make compromises, I had a very difficult time deciding between a bridge, compact, or mirrorless camera. After doing extensive research and picking my top choices in each category, I sought out local dealers so I could compare them "hands-on" and get the advice of a pro. At the first store, I was helped by what I would call a "techie snob" who basically thought anything less than an SLR was not worth considering. My next stop was Art's Cameras Plus in Greenfield. The two experiences could not have been more different. Suzi greeted me, quickly comprehended my dilemma, and helped me sort through the options. I decided on a Sony DSC-HX90V. After playing with it once I got home, I knew it was the right camera for me. Suzi was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She objectively compared and contrasted models without bias. In an age of big box stores with inexperienced help and mom and pop stores that are only hanging on until retirement, it is great to find a small local business like Art's that is progressive, enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely cares about its customers.”
- Michael M.
“I went to Art’s Cameras Plus in Greenfield with a problem with my photos—the staff quickly found the problem with the settings. On Saturday, January 23, I took a long overdue Introduction to Digital Cameras course and greatly enjoyed the class with Cassie.”
- Walt M.
“The employee that helped me at Art’s was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had related to my Nikon camera purchase. Will definitely shop here again.”
- Krissie Z.

We Word Hard to Keep Menomonee Falls Coming Back for our Photography Service
“I went to Art's Cameras Plus to purchase a new camera. I was looking for a camera to photograph my kids with and had some specific requirements. The sales team was so welcoming and knowledgeable. They even took my old camera as a trade for a very fair price! I also took a class at this location to learn more about the features of my new camera. My instructor was so nice and has so much experience with cameras. He really did an excellent job going over all the features of my new Canon camera. I am so impressed with Art's Cameras Plus that I will never go anywhere else for my photography needs! A+!”
- Angela L.
“The staff at Art’s was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The beginner’s class for my new camera was great. I feel much more confident using the different modes and am excited to take some pics!”
- Cara F.
“Camera shopping took me to Art's Cameras Plus in Greenfield. I shopped a couple big box stores before Art’s and left with as many questions as I had, if not more, than when I walked in. I always had the feeling the staff at those big box stores were just sales people and told you what they felt you should hear so you would make the purchase. In going to Art’s, I felt as though I was interacting with people who understood cameras and photography. They listened to me and helped me choose a DSLR camera, lenses, etc., which were suitable for me. And there was no pressure to buy a thing. Classes at Art’s are also very informative and worth the time and money.”

A Few Snapshots of the Customer Experience at Art's
"Thank you Elizabeth for taking the time to go over things with me at Art's Cameras Plus this morning. You really took the time to listen and show me different things."
- Roberta
"I am a first-time customer at Art’s and my friend referred me to your store to make a collage of my father’s 80th birthday pictures. When I took the photos and my memory card to your Greenfield store, I had no idea of the great experience I would have.
Kate was fabulous! She was more than helpful and took such care to ensure the collage would be a special treasure for my family. What struck me most was her dedication and her customer focus. She could have simply shown me where the machine was (which is typical these days). However, when I explained I wasn’t familiar with cropping photos, etc., she did it all! After spending quite a bit of time with me, even to the point of being late to pick up her child from daycare, she reminded me not to forget my picture frame.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for such a wonderful experience. In this age of “do-it-yourself” service, it’s refreshing to be treated like a valued customer. Kate certainly understands the meaning of the word “service” which makes me want to return to Art’s Cameras Plus for all of my photography needs. I also plan to share my experience with my friends and relatives. Please share my thanks with Kate. She’s a valuable employee! I can’t wait to pick my pictures up this afternoon. Thank you."

What Oconomowoc Customers Say About Art's and Our Photography Specialists
"I was in your Art’s location on Friday and wanted to let you know about the great service I received from two of your employees. I recently had a photo of my children taken as a gift for my husband. It was one of those last minute thoughts, and so we were pressed for time. I am not as familiar with ordering photos online, so on Thursday, I spoke to Michelle and she was so nice and helpful. It was very easy to work with her. I came in on Friday after work to pick up my pictures and I was not sure exactly what I was going to do with them. Chris was very nice about approaching me and asked me if I needed help. I had several pictures and asked for her opinion on what the best pictures to choose from were. We decided to do the framing there, which I was unaware you did at your store. Chris was incredibly patient with me and so easy to work with. We went through several options and I was there for over an hour. I know that I was like a broken record at times—asking her opinion on several of the pictures. She helped me with several mattings and a beautiful frame. I ended up having everything done at your store and I needed it by Monday! I picked it up yesterday and was so happy with the work. It was a gift for our anniversary and my husband loved the picture. I also want to say thank you for running a good, fun contest. It was different and got away from all the judged contests where a minor technical fault means a loss, even if the photo was one of the best composed. I liked participating in this one.”

“I enjoyed the class at Art’s on June 18. It was a good introduction to my camera which I have had for a year and didn't know how to use the features on it.”

Racine Recommends Art's Cameras Plus for Every Digital Photography Need
"Ray, I would like to take this opportunity to compliment you and the Art’s staff on an outstanding job! I sent over three digital pictures via the internet and two that had been scanned (photos before digital photography). You made a collage with a large picture in the middle and four smaller ones around it. The pictures are so clear and practically jump off the page. Our 14-year-old son, who isn’t easily impressed, was! Thank you for your good work. I am sure the recipient will love it!"
