I am a first-time customer, and my friend, Laura K, referred me to your store to make a collage of my father’s 80th birthday pictures. When I took the photos and my memory card to your Greenfield shop, I had no idea of the great experience I’d have.

 

Kate was fabulous! She was more than helpful and took such care to ensure the collage would be a special treasure for my family. What struck me was her dedication and her customer focus. She could simply have showed me where the machine was (which is typical these days). However, when I explained I wasn’t familiar with cropping photos, etc., she did it all! After spending quite a bit of time with me, even to the point of being late to pick up her child from day care, she reminded me not to forget my picture frame.

 

Words can’t express how grateful I am for such a wonderful experience. In this age of “do-it-yourself” service, it’s refreshing to be treated like a valued customer. Kate certainly understands the meaning of the word, “service” which makes me want to return to Art’s Cameras for all my photography needs. I also plan to share my experience with my friends and relatives.

 

Please share my thanks with Kate. She’s a valuable employee!

I am a frequent customer at your Greenfield store. Today I stopped by with some questions about a tripod I had purchased yesterday. One of your employees, Mr. Dwight Morgan was very helpful to me. He listened to my concern and then went out of his way to help me and to make sure I understood how to work with this particular tripod. Dwight is a excellent example of the type of service on which Art's Cameras prides itself. With employees such as Dwight, I will not only continue to shop at Art's but encourage my friends to do the same.

Good Morning,

I was in your Pewaukee location on Friday, and wanted to let you know of the great service that I received from 2 of your employees. I recently had a photo taken of my children as a gift for my husband. It was one of those last minute thoughts, and so we were pressed for time. I am not as familiar as ordering photos online, so on Thursday, I spoke to Michelle, and she was so nice, and very helpful. It was very easy to work with her.

 

I came in on Friday after work to pick up my pictures, and I was not sure at that time exactly what I was going to do with these pictures. Chris was very nice about approaching me, and asked me if I needed help. I had several pictures, and asked for her opinion on what were the best pictures to choose from. From there, we chose to do the framing there, which I was unaware that you could do at your store. Chris was incredibly patient with me, and so easy to work with. We went through several options, and I was there for over an hour. I know that I was like a broken record at times, asking her opinion on several of the pictures. She helped me with several mattings, and a beautiful frame. I ended up having everything done at your store, and I needed it by Monday! I picked it up yesterday, and was so happy with the work. It was a gift for our anniversary, and my husband loved the picture.

 

Chris was so great in helping me, and she really took her time, and made sure that I was happy when I left. Please let herknow that I thank her for her help.

I also want to say thank you for running a good, fun contest. It was different and got away from all the judged contests where a minor technical fault means a loss even if the photo was one of the best composed.

I just had to make sure that you realize what great employees you are lucky to have working for you.

 

The first time I used the kiosk at the Greenfield location, I worked with “Kate” . She was absolutely wonderful! With over 900 pictures on my camera and being a total rookie, she had to help me repeatedly. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Try and find that winning combination in the customer service field and you will usually come up short!

 

This week, I discovered that there is another employee just like Kate. and her name is “Malinda”. I had the same pleasant experience as the first time I was there. In fact, while I was going through my pictures, I heard a lady who was leaving the store say to her “thank you for all your help today”. Now if I owned your store, that is the level of customer satisfaction that I would be striving for.

 

Every time I have been in your store, it has been busy. This would be the only excuse needed by most employees to be short or impatient with a customer, and yet they are not. I love the peaceful atmosphere that your store provides, unlike Wal-Mart or Walgreen’s.

I stopped in with my Canon 30D last week, and I just wanted to pass on a compliment to you about your staff. Each member of your staff that was working that night went above and beyond to help me out. Chris Jourdan cleaned my camera sensor on the spot so I didn’t have to come back and pick it up, Lisa was overly helpful and kind, and there was a trainee who didn’t have his name displayed who helped me pick out a filter and lens hood.

 

I am so pleased with the extrordinary customer service and will be telling everyone I know to stop in to your store.

Thank you so much for the wonderful evening! I had a great time at your store.

 

Your staff was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. I learned so many “little tips” about photos and general life things (for example, do not write on a cd with a Sharpie)!

 

I have some great ideas for Mother’s Day and graduations. I’m going to focus on just 3 things that I want to get done. I actually came away with too many great ideas; I know I have to pare them down to 3 or I’ll get overwhelmed and not do anything.

 

Tony, you are a powerful public speaker. I loved the speech on supporting the local business persons. You are concise, informative, sincere and incredibly motivating. I hope to join your cause and share your message with others.

 

The give-aways were great! I love the ″Green Tips″ phamplet along with the seed packet. The popcorn was soooo good. I will be sure to stop in Poppin on Broadway next time I’m in downtown Waukesha, I’ll let them know I sampled their product at your store.

 

I love the wine & cheese too! I loved that you had real wine glasses and actually filled them! I hate going to those ″wine tasting″ events when you have plastic glasses and they give you two sips, then you have to stand in a line for another two sips.

 

Thank you so much for everything. I won 25 free prints at your store.

 

Sorry this is so long. I had really intended to write a short thank you but I learned so much and have so many wonderful things to say about your event that I got carried away.

Hello, Ray,

 

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment you and you staff on an outstanding job! I sent over the internet 3 digital pictures and 2 that had been scanned (photos before digital photography). You made a collage with a large picture in the middle and four smaller ones around it. The pictures are so very clear and practically jump off the page. Our 14 year old son, who isn’t easily impressed, was!
